Shipping and Returning Policies

Our lashes are inspected prior to shipping to make sure you receive exactly what you paid for. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are shipped with a valid tracking number. If we ship the wrong product we will gladly ship you the correct one, however the wrong lashes must not be worn or removed from the box. We will inspect all returns and determine if they were worn or removed. New lashes will not be shipped until we receive the returned ones. The customer is responsible for returned shipping cost and new lashes will be shipped out at no additional cost. Returns must be done within 3 days of delivery date. Customer is also responsible for correct shipping address. We do not reship if customer address is incorrect, however we will gladly reship if it's our error. We ship out normally on Wednesday and Saturday unless other arrangements have been made prior to placing your order. Shipping is normally 3-5 business days.
